What is this medicine used for?
For the relief of nasal congestion, headache, body aches and fever associated with common cold, allergic rhinitis, influenza, acute and chronic sinusitis and other respiratory tract infections.
How much and how often should you use this medicine?
Take 1 capsule every 6 hours
Care that should be taken when taking this Medicine
Should be given with care to patients with heart disease, high blood pressure, toxic goiter, benign prostatic hypertrophy, glaucoma and patients taking antidepressants
Undesirable effects
Blurred vision, dizziness, anxiety, agitation, tremor, confusion, headache, elevated blood pressure to cardiopulmonary arrest, intracranial hemorrhage and death. Skin rashes occur occasionally.
Medicine or food that should be avoided
The risk of Paracetamol toxicity may be increased in patients receiving other potentially hepatotoxic drugs or drugs that induce liver microsomal enzymes. There are reports of hypertension and life-threatening complications on use of Phenylpropanolamine and Bromocriptine at the same time.
